Personalized Potty Training

Potty training can be difficult based on a child's age, skills level, and motor control.  Our consultants will work with you to create a custom plan for your child and family. 

Standard Package: Perfect for kids who are ready to train and have mild developmental delays.

Includes:
  • 1 initial consultation to gather information about your child and their readiness to start potty training (1hour)
  • 4 hours of training in the home with child and parents over 2-3 days
  • During these sessions a plan for potty training will be devised, any materials needed will be created, brainstorming situations and solutions will occur. 
  • At final training session, plan for future steps will be discussed.

Cost:
  • $800
  • Additional follow-up sessions can also be purchased if needed at $135-175  per hour depending on provider. 

Intensive Package with a BCBA: Perfect for kids who have moderate to several developmental delays or have been resistant to potty training. 

Includes:
  • Initial meeting to gather baseline information and discuss protocol (1 hour)
  • Formal preference assessment with client (30 minutes - 1 hour)
  • Development of plan/visual supports/materials 
  • On-call support during 3 days of training
  • Day 1 of training - BCBA works with parents from when the child wakes for approximately 3 hours to hands on train/model implementation of protocol. BCBA returns later that same afternoon/early evening to review data/answer questions/give feedback. BCBA will check in with parents when child is in bed to discuss where to start on day 2 (approximately 5-6 hours)
  • Day 2-3 of training - BCBA again will overlap with parents, be on-call when not in the home, and do end of day check-ins. At the end of day 3, the BCBA will meet with parents virtually to review data and discuss plan moving forward depending on where child ended (2-3 hours)

  • Additional session can be purchased at $175 a hour
