Do you take my insurance?
Dr. Boland is able to accept the following insurance for evaluations, therapy and psychological consultation services:
If you have other insurance with out-of-network coverage, we can provide a super-bill if you would like to apply for reimbursement.
If you choose to use your insurance, we strongly suggest you contact your insurance company and obtain information on your mental health benefits and if Dr. Boland is in-network for the services you desire. Additionally, it is important to confirm what company manages your behavioral health services. For many plans, it may not be the company that manages your medical health services.
When using insurance we require your upload a picture of the front and back of your card to our secure portal within one week of making your appointment. This allows for us to confirm your benefits and obtain pre-authorization when required.
Dr. Boland currently does not have an ABA contract with any insurance company due to the inconsistency in coverage and regulations from company to company. This may change as the market stabilizes. ABA services can be funded through FCBDD or via private pay.
Insurance does not typically cover academic testing, school meetings, school observations or any other services that occur outside of our offices.
- Aetna
- OSU Health Plan
- Medical Mutual
- Optum
